Premium Design was established in November of 2015 by John Roelofs. It was started out of conviction that landscaping and lawn maintenance should have a higher standard, both in terms of actual execution of service and customer relations.
We strive on setting ourselves apart from the competition. It's more than just mowing your lawn or designing and building a project. We enjoy creating a relationship and giving you an outdoor space that you can enjoy.

MOWING AND LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBERS:

Looking for candidates who have the right attitude to join our growing team and have the desire to perform quality work in an efficient manner while working in a fast-paced team environment.

The ideal candidates are reliable, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working outdoors. Need to have a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment where they are rewarded for performance and empowered to succeed. Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to work with a team to accomplish goals is a requirement. Ability to bend, squat, and lift for long periods of time. Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period of time.

Crew Member responsibilities include: Mowing, trimming, edge, blow off pavement surfaces, landscape management, landscape install/construction and other various tasks.

Compensation is based upon skills, abilities, and experience. Opportunity for monthly bonuses based on performance.
